Race 7
This looks a great race for Little Bighorn. He unsuccessfully protested against the winner first up at Werribee, although despite backing him I must say the stewards made the right call there! That said, he was unlucky. He also wasn’t overly comfortable with the 1100m tempo in a pretty slick affair. Think 1200m here is far more suitable and he maps for the perfect run. This horse clearly has the ratings to be winning a race like this and with even luck that’s exactly what he should do.
Suggested bet: Keen Little Bighorn. The $5 he has opened looks a great price – can back him 1×3 EW at that quote. Think he starts favourite.
