Race 2:
Good little race here with only a moderate tempo expected over the 1100m. Waverley Road goes on top, gelded into this prep and has impressed in two official trials, showing a lot more tactical speed. Gravel Road looks the main danger, coming off back-to-back strong trials in fast time and maps ideally. Maidoff holds the race fitness edge and brings solid form-lines from last start. Eagleturn is next best at big odds and can run a cheeky race.
