Local media reported police had been working to deter anti-social behavior on the day.

“Concerns have been raised about anti-social behaviour (ASB) related to the Cheltenham Festival, and we are once again working with our partner agencies such as Cheltenham Borough Council and the Jockey Club to deter it from taking place.”

It comes as Lossiemouth cemented herself in Cheltenham Festival folklore with a by taking out the Champion Hurdle.

Lossiemouth, the 2024 and 2025 winner of the Mares’ Hurdle justified her favouritism by taking out the famous jumps race.
