Race 1
Keen to side with the Scott Singleton-trained Greyt Remlap here second up. Impressive trial before chasing the progressive and unbeaten Yes To Infinity right to the line. Four weeks between runs, stays at 1000m and, importantly, draws gate 5 and should land off the rails and get to the superior lanes. Dallas Duke drops back in class here and finds Alysha Collett but does need to improve off that okay debut run. Snekay has been $9.50 into $4.60 this morning, a big market push and must be respected. Credibility is next best.

Race 7
The Big Dance Eligibility Coffs Harbour Cup – a cracking edition this year. It looks to be somewhat of a two-horse race and the horse I’m keen on is the fit, in-form Perfect Justice. Drops back to his pet 1600m trip, there’s no real speed in this race and he should land off the rails and, at worst, three pairs back. That’s key in regards to his main danger Hollywood Hero, who lacks tactical speed. From there, Perfect Justice is the horse to beat. Hollywood Hero’s race depends on how this track plays. If you can run on, it’s game on. Fortune goes in the mix but is a much better dry-track horse. Time Quest has been well backed, has plain recent form but gets the blinkers on.
