Instead of your traditional market movers, PonyBet’s boss Jason Scott reckons the best way to help punters is to copy the experts.

“You will definitely find your customers more winners if we look at what the big players are doing, where the smart money is.”

Can’t argue with that logic. Every Friday, Scott will take Betsy through where the smart money is going ahead of the weekend, anywhere in Australia.

EAGLE FARM

Race 3 Number 2 Brindavan

“We had the bet placed at $2.20, now it’s in to $2.”

Race 5 Number 4  Get Ready Lass

“One larger syndicate, they took $7.50 now it’s into $5.50 and will start shorter you would imagine”

Race 7 Number 7 The Pool Boy

“Another one at odds here. The bet here is from one of the smaller but sharper groups. It’s their biggest go. They took $20, now it’s into $15, and again, you reckon it starts shorter”

Race 9 Number 7  Flag Hall

“This one is longer, they took the $18 on offer and now it’s right into $12, and may be another that starts shorter on race day”

CAULFIELD

Race 3 Number 5 Hedonist

“They took $4.40 and is now into $3.30”

Race 10 Number 16 Stealth of the Night

“They took $3.10, now it’s into $2.50”
