Betsy has entered a new partnership with Tasracing to deliver comprehensive coverage of Tasmania’s summer racing carnival, with a focus on punter-first storytelling, form analysis and on-the-ground insight throughout the feature period.
The collaboration will see Betsy produce a wide range of editorial content across news, features, previews, tips and in-depth analysis, shining a spotlight on the depth and competitiveness of Tasmanian racing during its busiest and most anticipated months of the year.
Tasracing CEO Andrew Jenkins said the decision to partner with Betsy was driven by the brand’s rapid rise and the quality of its racing coverage.
“Betsy has become a respected Australian racing brand in a short space of time, and it’s no surprise with the talented people behind their launch,” Jenkins said.
“Tasracing are excited to have the Betsy team on board to promote Tasmanian racing during our feature period.”
Betsy co-founder Matt Welsh said the partnership aligns strongly with the company’s mission to give punters sharper insight and stronger coverage of key carnivals around the country.
“Tasmania’s summer carnival consistently produces competitive racing, emerging talent and great betting races, and it deserves coverage that reflects that,” Welsh said.
“Our aim is to bring punters closer to the action with clear, independent analysis, strong storytelling and practical insights they can actually use. Tasmania is an important part of the Australian racing landscape, and we’re excited to play a role in showcasing it.”
Betsy’s Tasmanian coverage will span the full carnival period, combining racing previews and selections with feature content, performance analysis and broader context around the horses, stables and participants shaping the season.
The partnership continues Betsy’s expansion into key racing jurisdictions nationwide, reinforcing its position as a modern, punter-focused racing media platform.
