Race 1 – Star Of Beirut
Really liked how this gelding extended late in his recent Warracknabeal jump-out. He should camp in behind the speed here on debut and will be strong late with a good jockey in the saddle. The $4.20 appeals in morning betting; he should start shorter. The main danger may prove Thaimor who has jumped-out nicely and will likely lead them up.
Race 3 – Far More Radiant
Loathed to pile in to even-money pops but this 2YO filly ticks all the boxes on debut. She has jumped-out well and with Linda Meech in the saddle will be right on speed from a good gate. This is a limited race and I think she’s more like a $1.60 pop.
