(2) Carashan Chloe has her first look at this track but is coming off a big win in similar conditions in The Hawker Cup last start. This race should prove no tougher for her and she is set up for a positive run, so if she can transfer her last start form here, she will be hard to beat.
(1) Ichibansan has a good record at this track (3:2-1-0) and generally can push up on speed so should be in a prominent position in running. He has been average in his last couple of starts but this is a drop in grade so he can bounce back.
(3) Figo The Great finished midfield in his last run at Morphettville but his form previous to that in Alice Springs was quite good. He can be an improver getting back to a dirt track.
(6) Fox Dunnet has had three runs here now and will get in with a light weight today which could help him be strong late in the run.

Race 4
(2) Ti Tree Royal has been flying since getting to Port Augusta. The two highest-rated runs of his career came in his last two starts, both at this track, so he is clearly thriving in the conditions and again gets an ideal race map. He should prove hard to beat.
(5) Peerless Lad is a last-start winner here and sets up well from barrier 1, so should get into a handy position early in the run which could give him his best chance.
(10) Star Decorum was average in her last start but may appreciate getting back to the Port Augusta track where she has previously had a good record.
(3) Augusta Rock is another runner who boasts a strong record at this track and is generally not too far away in races like this. Expect a strong showing again in this set-up.
