Race 9, Without A Trace (2)
It’s the main event of the night and I think she’s clearly the one to beat. There’s no reason to think she can’t lead this race, if she does, I don’t think they’ll be beating her. The main dangers have to cross her and that won’t be easy. I reckon we’ll get another example of why she’s a superstar of the sport.

Race 5, Elusive Curl (6)
She’s opened at greater odds than I thought she would. I think she’ll get room early to accelerate and go forward. Given the times she has run at both Sandown Park and The Meadows lately I think she’s a big chance to show us more of that and go well tonight.

Race 8, Paw Quinby (1)
He’s got two greyhounds on his outside who won’t hug the rail, which gives him plenty of room. He’s not the most likely winner of the race, but at $6.50 (and likely to drift) it wouldn’t shock anyone if he didn’t leave the rail and ended up upsetting the favourites.
WORTH THE RISK/TAKE ON
Race 3, Super Freaky (2)
We played this way last week and she was unplaced. She’s short again and it’s under the odds. There’s no questioning her raw ability and if she turns it on she’ll win, but we haven’t seen enough of it this year and with her perceived lack of confidence I don’t expect her to fire tonight.
