Randwick H4 1050m – Sept 16 | Maison Louis – O’Shea & Charlton (Tommy Berry)
Like this horse a lot. 4/7 overall and keeps stepping up to the mark. He has been given 16 weeks off and looks to be back in a big way going off his two recent trials. Ready to head back to the races now.
Muswellbrook H2 1000m – Sept 17 | Chains Of Love – Messara & Gavranich (Aaron Bullock)
This was the well bred filly’s third trial for the prep, she look good behind Andale Andale in her second trial before winning this heat in good time. She looks hard to beat where ever she goes fresh.
Hawkesbury H7 1000m – Sept 17 | Pontevedra – Messara & Gavranich (Aaron Bullock)
Outstanding second trial for this very well bred 3yo colt. He won his first trial when sitting on speed, the second over 1000m was different when settling at the rear and clicking up impressively through his gears late and through the line. He looks very smart.
Kensington H3 850m – Sept 22 | Eviction Notice – Waterhouse & Bott (Tim Clark)
The clear pick of the 2yo trials on Monday on the Kensington course. He showed immense gate speed before relaxing well under Clark. From there he clicked up through his gears with class, kicking away in fast time under only slight riding. He has X-factor and will be your Breeders Plate favourite.
Kensington H4 850m – Sept 22 | Oh Yes She Did – M & D Kearney (Tyler Schiller)
The pick of the fillies for me. One of only a handful of horses to relax in behind the speed before coming over the top late and kicking away. Her L200m was the 5th fastest of the morning, she looks like a horse who could explode off the back of a tempo.
Rosehill H7 900m – Sept 23 | Flaxlands – Chris Waller (Tommy Berry)
Solid first trial over 740m before improving well here second up over the 900m. Tear away leader but I liked the late work and work past the line by this filly. She’s ready for the races.
Rosehill H8 900m – Sept 23 | Ask Di – Ryan & Alexiou (Tyler Schiller)
Sneaky good first trial when not having a whole lot of room, she was sent to the front in a recent 900m hit out when skipping away with ease, running good overall time. She looks ready to go to the races now.
Rosehill H9 900m – Sept 23 | Saint Aldwyn – Chris Waller (Tommy Berry)
Not sure he’s a world beater but he has shown talent in all three trials this time in. He again backed it up with this 900m piece of work, looming up stylishly. Ready to win fresh.
