Race 4 – 1:30PM Lord’s Cleaning Service Maiden Plate (1100 METRES)
Charlotte Littlefield has a strong hand at Sale on Thursday, kicking off with #6 YES YOSHI here. He has had three jump-outs leading up to this debut. The first couple of outings he was ridden quietly before hitting the line strongly. He was ridden more positively in his latest hitout, sitting on speed before quickening down nicely late. He’s well drawn and has a good positive jockey up in Teo Nugent. Ticks all the boxes – expect him to prove awfully hard to beat on debut.
#11 BIMBALA is having her first start for Team Hayes and she’s jumped-out nicely ahead of this. Whilst #4 KEEP IT REAL has also trialled nicely.

Race 5 – 2:00PM Sale Water Specialists BM62 Handicap (1000 METRES)
This is the second leg of a potential Littlefield double. #2 YES WE ARE is a horse I’ve long had some time for and judging by his recent Pakenham jump-out he has come back in super order. This is only his second go on a dry deck and the form through his maiden runs looks strong. This is a moderate BM62, he will get a lovely run from gate three and I suspect he will be winning.
